1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by RSVPmadeSimple ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the customer", "you"). By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

RSVPmadeSimple is a UK-based wedding website service. You can reach us at admin@rsvpmadesimple.co.uk.

2. Our services

RSVPmadeSimple provides done-for-you custom wedding websites, including design, build, hosting, RSVP functionality, and related services as described in your chosen package. The specific features included depend on the package purchased (Standard or Premium), as set out on our website at the time of your order.

We reserve the right to update or improve our services. Any material changes to what is included in your package will be communicated to you before they take effect.

3. The build process

After receiving your enquiry, we will respond within 48 hours to confirm your package and set up your customer portal. The typical build time is approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive your completed event details through your portal, though this may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements and how promptly you provide content.

You are responsible for providing accurate event information, photos, and other content in a timely manner. Delays caused by late provision of content may affect your build timeline. We will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

4. Revisions

Unlimited revisions are included prior to the site going live. Revisions must be requested through your customer portal. After the site goes live, a short post-launch polish window is included for minor adjustments. Requests for significant changes after this period may be subject to an additional fee, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

5. Hosting and domain

Hosting is included for 12 months from the date your website goes live. After 12 months, you may request an extension through your customer portal up to 3 months after your wedding date. We will confirm renewal terms at that point.

Standard package customers receive a subdomain on rsvpmadesimple.co.uk. Premium package customers receive a custom domain, the registration of which is included in the package price. You accept that domain availability cannot be guaranteed; if your preferred domain is unavailable, we will work with you to select a suitable alternative.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as set out in our packages. We require payment before the site goes live. Failure to make payment may result in a delay to your site launch. Full payment terms, including deposit requirements, are set out in our Refund and Deposit Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a licence to use the wedding website we build for you for the duration of your hosting period. We retain the right to use the general design approach and techniques involved in your build for future projects. We will not share your personal photos or content without your consent.

Any photos or content you provide must be owned by you or licensed for your use. You confirm that you have the right to use all content you share with us. We accept no liability for infringement arising from content you provide.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the services we provide shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for those services.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, or damage to reputation. We are not responsible for third-party services (including domain registrars, payment processors, or hosting infrastructure providers) or for events outside our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at admin@rsvpmadesimple.co.uk as soon as possible. Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund and Deposit Policy.

10. Data protection

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. For active projects, we will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
