Getting Started

You choose a package and send us a short enquiry. We come back within 48 hours, set up your personal customer portal, and walk you through the next steps. You share your photos, colour ideas, and event details through the portal, and we design and build your wedding website from there. We share a preview link for you to review, make any changes you want, then go live when you're happy.
We aim to reply within 48 hours. In that first response we confirm your package, answer any initial questions, and set up your personal customer portal. From there, we send you an onboarding overview and you can start sharing your ideas straight away.
Our typical turnaround is around 2 weeks from receiving your completed event details through your portal. If you need it sooner, just mention it in your enquiry and we'll do our best to work around your timeline.
Just the basics: your names, wedding date, venue details, any photos you'd like to use, your colour palette if you have one, and an idea of which sections you need. We'll collect everything through your portal — nothing is needed upfront before your enquiry.
None at all. We handle everything: design, build, domain setup, deployment, QR code, and RSVP system setup. You share your vision through your portal, review the preview, and we handle the rest.

Packages and Pricing

Standard gives you a polished single-page wedding website on a yournames.rsvpmadesimple.co.uk subdomain — clean, complete, and great for most couples. Premium adds a multi-page website with separate pages for Schedule, Travel, Gifts, and Gallery, a fully custom domain like yourwedding.co.uk, a dedicated RSVP email address on your domain, and more tailored design control.
With Standard, guest responses are collected through an RSVP dashboard where you can view attendance, meal choices, dietary needs, and messages. With Premium, we also create a dedicated RSVP email address on your custom domain — for example, rsvp@yourwedding.co.uk. We set this up and hand over the login details at launch so you can receive and reply to guests directly from that inbox.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Domain registration for Premium packages is included in the £499 fee. Hosting is included for 12 months from launch. There are no monthly subscriptions or surprise charges.
Unlimited revisions until deployment. We keep refining until you're genuinely happy with the result. After launch there is a short polish window for minor tweaks, included in your package.
Yes. If you start with Standard and later decide you'd like the full Premium experience, just get in touch through your portal or by email. We'll walk through the upgrade and the pricing difference at that point.
Yes. You can request an extension through your portal at any point. Extensions are available up to 3 months after your wedding date. We'll confirm the renewal terms when you request it — everything stays exactly as it is, no rebuild needed.

RSVP and Guest Management

The RSVP form captures names, attendance, meal choices, dietary requirements, song requests, and a free-text notes field. You can also request custom questions during the build so you can collect anything specific you need from your guests.
No. Guests access your wedding website through a link or QR code — no app to download, no account to create. It works on any modern device with a browser.
Yes. Every site we build is mobile-first and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops. The RSVP form is designed to be fast and easy to complete on a phone screen.
Once the site is live, you manage your guest responses yourself. Depending on your package, responses come through your RSVP dashboard or your dedicated RSVP email inbox. We hand over your login details and a short guide at launch. You are in control — we are available if you have questions.
Standard package customers access an RSVP dashboard with a summary of attendance, meal choices, dietary notes, and guest messages. Premium customers also receive a dedicated RSVP email address — guest responses land directly in that inbox and you can reply to guests from there.
Yes. Include your RSVP deadline in your event details and we'll display it clearly on the site. The form can also be set to close automatically after that date if you prefer.
Yes. Guests can return to the form and resubmit with updated details before the deadline. The dashboard will always show their most recent response.

Domain and Hosting

Standard sites are hosted on yournames.rsvpmadesimple.co.uk. Premium sites include a fully custom domain such as olivia-and-james.co.uk, purchased and configured as part of your package.
Your site is included for 12 months from the launch date. After that, you can extend at any point through your customer portal — up to 3 months after your wedding date. We will confirm renewal details when you request it.
Yes. Every site we build is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Your guests' data is encrypted end to end.
Yes. Password protection is available on both packages. Useful if you want to keep the site private until you are ready to share it, or if you only want confirmed guests to access the RSVP form.

Design and Content

Yes — we have a set of live sample sites you can browse right now. Each one uses a completely different design system, typography, colour palette, and layout to show the range of what is possible. Visit rsvpmadesimple.co.uk/samples to explore them. Placeholder photos are used in the samples; your real build will include your own images.
Absolutely. Upload your favourite photos through your portal and we will use them in your hero section, gallery (Premium), and wherever they suit the design best.
Yes. Share your colours, a mood board, or an inspiration image and we'll design the site to match your palette. Not sure yet? We'll suggest something that fits your style and wedding aesthetic.
Popular sections include RSVP, Wedding Details, Schedule and Order of the Day, Travel, Accommodation, Gifts, Photo Gallery, and an FAQ for guests. Standard covers all key sections in a single-page layout. Premium supports separate pages for each area.
There is a short polish window after launch for minor wording or layout tweaks — these are included. For bigger changes after that window, we will quote a small fee based on the scope of work. You can always request changes through your portal.

Process and Communication

Yes. Every customer gets a personal portal from the start of the project. Use it to upload photos and inspiration, share your colour ideas, fill in your event details, track the build as it progresses, and request changes. It keeps everything in one place so nothing gets lost in an email thread.
You choose: email updates or a video call. Select your preference in the enquiry form. We send updates at each stage and share a preview link before going live. Your portal is always available for messages and feedback.

We provide your website URL and a downloadable QR code. Add the link to your save-the-dates or invitations, share it digitally, or print the QR code onto your stationery.
